修纳人 富勒顿

修纳人 is HR Director at WBCSD having joined in September 2021. She leads the HR team to advance the HR agenda and recruit, develop and engage a high performing organization to deliver on the WBCSD Strategy 2022-2027, as well as leading the Facilities team supporting our hubs and hybrid working model. 

Prior to joining WBCSD, 修纳人 has 30 years’ experience in HR, and Finance in the Corporate sector. She worked initially in Finance with roles in financial analysis and auditing, then found her passion in Human 资源, specifically Talent Management working with leadership 团队 to develop individuals, 团队, and the organization. She has worked in HR business partner roles covering diversity and inclusion initiatives, organization design, employee engagement as well as in talent acquisition and on divestitures, local employment regulations, works council relationships, compensation and benefits – in fact across all aspects of HR. 修纳人 has also worked in Privacy / Data Protection combining this role with HR and working with the business to ensure their privacy strategy is in compliance with legislation, protecting their data, and data subject rights.  

修纳人 graduated with an MA in Accounting and Computer Science from Aberdeen University before certifying with CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants). She also holds certifications in European Privacy, Privacy Management and Privacy Technology from the International Association of Privacy Professionals. 

修纳人 was born in the UK spending most of her childhood in Scotland. Until moving to Switzerland she always lived close to the sea, spending many summer weeks in the Shetlands Islands. 

Now that she’s in Switzerland 修纳人 enjoys spending time in the mountains walking or enjoying snow sports. She is a qualified Sophrologist and Reflexologist.
